    IBW International - Individual - Innovative What's in it for you? a truly international study programme with up to three foreign languages a friendly atmosphere and small class sizes where you won't get lost in the crowd a practical and forward-looking curriculum dealing with current developments such as the digitalisation of business The IBW programme is designed to be completed within seven semesters (three and a half years), including a mandatory internship semester abroad, a mandatory study semester abroad, and the final thesis. During the IBW programme, you will acquire a sound understanding of the various aspects of business management such as marketing, finance, and human resource management. Throughout your studies, these will be supported by and supplemented with intercultural studies as well as regional and language studies. In addition, you will undertake project work and, as integral parts of the programme, an internship semester abroad and a study semester abroad during the fifth and sixth semesters. During the seventh semester, in addition to some further modules, the thesis will be completed. From the third semester onwards, students can choose those courses best suited to their interests from a number of electives focusing on one of the following to complete their required workload: International Marketing International Human Resources and Organisation International Finance, Accounting and Tax (iFAcT) Digital Business Management Behavioural Business Management By adding only one extra study semester abroad, you can even be awarded a regular degree from selected partner universities in France, Spain and Latin America in addition to the one awarded by HFU (double degree)! Have a look at the wide range of our partner universities!
