    Balancing the aims of employers' and employees' needs can be tricky, but the Human Resource Management program at Notre Dame will teach you how to do just that. Our graduates are trained to effectively manage people so your organisation’s targets can be met – whether you are working for a private company, government department or not-for-profit body.

    This degree, which is usually taken as a Second Major as part of a Bachelor of Arts, covers the core principles of workplace management, employment relations and strategic planning – all vital for effective human resource management. Throughout your studies, you will also explore topics through courses such as Change Management, Employment Law, the Principles of Management and the Psychology of Work.
