    About

    This is a modular programme providing an opportunity for you to gain a degree and prepare for a career in dance teaching. This programme reflects our history and heritage in promoting knowledge and understanding of ballet, ballet education and ballet teaching. This onsite, three year degree programme combines dance training with a preparation for teaching.     Requirements

    Entry Requirements

    A level - BBC
    Three GCE A Level passes (Grades B, B, C) or equivalent.


    English Program Requirements


    International English Language Testing System (IELTS): band 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each of the subtests. The IELTS test must have been taken no earlier than two years before the date of the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies is issued.

    Fee Information

    - £120 registration fee on enrolment. - £60 audition fee is payable if you are invited to audition for this programme. Typical Programme Costs: Recurring Costs (for programme duration) •Dancewear & equipment as required £450-£650 •Travel to and from RAD and Placements £1,250-£3,600 (dependent on student's term time address) •Accommodation £600-£1200 pcm or £7,200-£14,400 per annum depending on the choice of accommodation (individual room, sharing a flat etc) One-off costs (for programme duration) •Syllabus Books/CDs/DVDs £100-£300 •Additional programme resources £150-£250
