    About

Life is diverse, but all life shares a common heritage at the molecular level. What are these common features and how does diversity arise? How do we use this information to advance our knowledge further and to meet our needs in health, the economy and the environment? The study of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology investigates these fundamental questions and more by exploring how molecules work in living systems and learning about a wide range of chemical and biological disciplines. In this program, you'll achieve a robust and comprehensive understanding of the processes that control and mediate health, illness, reproduction, growth, and ultimately life itself.
