Bioengineering resides at the interface of engineering and the natural sciences, and students with a thorough knowledge of both have what's necessary for innovation and problem solving. A minor in bioengineering can complement a students' primary major, given the alignment of the minor with majors such as biology, chemistry and biochemistry, human physiology, and physics. Students will apply their natural science background toward bioengineering problems, research, and innovations.
