    Overview This Biology/MBA program from New York University is a partnership between NYU Stern and the Graduate School of Arts & Science (GSAS) at NYU. Students may complete both degrees over the course of three years, instead of the four years that it would take to complete each degree independently. The first year of the program is spent in the Biology department of the Graduate School of Arts & Science, completing the majority of credits required for the Biology degree. The second and third years are spent completing the MBA at Stern as well as the final credits of the Biology degree.Program StructureThe MS in Biology/MBA dual degree takes three years to complete, as opposed to the four years that it would typically take to complete both degrees independently.     1To apply for the MS in Biology/MBA dual degree, candidates must complete a separate application for each program. Students can either apply simultaneously to Stern and GSAS, or they can apply to Stern during their first year in the Biology program. While no additional admissions standards are applied to dual degree applications at either school, students qualify for the dual MS/MBA degree program only upon admission to both schools. Please note that it is possible to be admitted to both programs, only one program or neither program in this process.
