    Overview The ultimate goal of Black Studies from Cleveland State University (CSU)  is to challenge Black Studies majors and minors to achieve their maximum potential as students and citizens of the world.  In addition to the academic degree, the Black Studies Program provides scholarly programs and activities for the enrichment, education, and enjoyment of students, faculty, staff, and the greater Cleveland community.
