Overview This major, with an applied business communication concentration, targets the knowledge, skills and abilities employers seek most: communication, creativity, collaboration and critical thinking.The online format allows you to complete the program at your own pace, taking as many courses per eight-week term as your schedule allows. The only exceptions are the core courses MKT 304, MGT 303 and FIN 302 that are taken together in one semester. Learning Outcomes Students in the Business Administration program at the Central Michigan University work on one project for all three courses. Choosing a real company, they work as a group to develop a growth plan for the company. This unique, immersive experience allows you to experience how these three functional areas all work together to understand the strengths and constraints firms experience when pursuing new strategies.Central Michigan University supports active citizenship and values students' expression of their beliefs.
