Overview
The global marketplace is constantly being reshaped by new technologies, emerging trends and shifting audiences. In order to compete in this environment, youll need to develop innovative and flexible strategies that meet the ever-changing demands.
This course focuses on marketing theory and practice helping you to grow into a media-savvy marketer with the confidence to respond to rapid market changes, develop integrated strategies, build creative campaigns and convert targets into leads while managing teams across the globe.
Youll examine current debates, such as the extent to which big data will replace traditional data collection methods and start to think from a marketing communications (marcomms) perspective developing new campaign objectives and crafting effective messages, supported by independent research and competitor analysis.
Practical, experience-based simulations and challenges with industry experts will expose you to real-world business issues and prepare you with the hands-on experience needed to develop and launch a luxury enterprise.
Youll have the option to undertake an independent placement or enterprise project to gain further industry experience, or you can study abroad for a term at one of Regents international partners to broaden your understanding of management and enterprise in a global context. Youll also have the opportunity to learn a new language preparing you to work in an international arena.
