At Greenwich, we believe economics must help to build and more equitably share prosperity, create meaningful employment, and ensure the transition to a carbon-neutral future. We have responded to calls from students and industry alike to change the way we do economics: we are a national leader in applied real-world economics that learns from history and embraces diversity. After first year, we offer students the possibility to pursue study pathways based on ESG (environmental, social and governance issues) or public policy.

In a complex dynamic business environment, whether you want to work for an established business or start your own, as a business economics graduate you will be able to apply theory and data handling skills to analyse real-world economic and business problems.

In your time with us you will gain the knowledge and skills essential for entrepreneurial initiative, graduate employment or post-graduate study. Our graduates have pursued successful careers in industry, finance, the civil service, NGOs, research and education.

Academic entry requirements

Applicants who have completed the national schooling system typically require foundation, please refer to UGIC.

For some courses, you will need to have studied relevant subjects at school/college to be eligible. Our admissions team will determine this once you apply.
