    About

Supporting individual health, social and care needs is a crucial aspect of enabling people to achieve an enjoyable and fulfilling life. Working with people to improve their health, through education, support, treatment and professional guidance within any setting can make a significant difference to people when they need it, whatever their age. You will develop an understanding of the theory underpinning individual health behaviour which will enhance the quality of support you provide for clients accessing Health and Social care services. You will study with likeminded people with knowledge and understanding across a range of related professional roles. The course is taught and based in your own community. This programme aligns with current health, social and care practice policies and legislation, if you enjoy working with people and want to play an important part in the evolving approach to health and care provision, then this is ideally suited to you.
