    Chemistry is often referred to as the “central scienceâ€‌ because the chemical processes studied form the foundation for many of the biological and physical phenomena in our world.

    Requirements

    Entry Requirements

    1. Are not U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents,
    2. Plan to study at UW-Superior on a nonimmigrant visa, for example, F-1 or J-1,
    3. Are in their final year of high school (secondary school) or have completed high school (secondary school), and
    4. Have not attended a college or university for the equivalent of one full-time semester or more (equivalent to 12 or more U.S. semester credits).

    Submitting an SAT or ACT score report is not required for admission. Students who have taken the SAT or ACT are encouraged to submit their scores. The UW-Superior institutional code for the SAT is 1920, and for ACT, 4682.

    Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in English in one of the following ways.
