    About

The Master's programme in "Chinese Law and Comparative Law" aims to provide profound knowledge of Chinese law, language and culture to students who have completed a degree in Law or Chinese Studies. It offers education in Comparative and International Law, in Chinese Civil and Public Law, Chinese language and legal terminology. Students have the opportunity to achieve a Master of Laws (LLM) or a Master of Arts (MA), depending on their specialisation. The four-semester programme gives an overview of Chinese law and the Chinese legal system. Furthermore, during the two-semester study period in China, participants gain language skills and intercultural experience.
