    Overview As a major in the Classics program of Siena College, you'll study all aspects of the classical past including Greek and Latin literature, Greek and Roman history, philosophy, myth and religion, art and archaeology, as well as Latin and Greek. You'll have the chance to take travel courses to places like Italy, Greece, Turkey, France and the Netherlands. And you'll build skills that make you sought-after in the job market: creative and critical thinking, problem solving, language skills, cultural literacy, leadership, persuasiveness and communicating with confidence. A 24 credit minor is also offered.Your future successStudying classics provides you with excellent preparation for a variety of fields: law and government, education, museum work, library science, publishing and more. Job titles of our grads include attorney, television director, book reviewer, editor, project manager, communications specialist, client relationship manager and teacher.
