Unlocking these secrets, preserving the evidence and upholding the laws of compliance are passions of those who go into the digital forensics field.Student Academic ExperienceOur Upside-Down Curriculum gets you started in a deep forensics curriculum, including Introduction to  Cybercrime and Digital Forensics and Computer & Network Security in your first year. You will develop expertise in computer and digital forensics; Android/iPhone/iPad mobile device forensics; digital forensic tools used by government/private companies; cybersecurity; and operating system, file system and network forensics. You can choose to specialize in Computer Science, Cyber Investigation, Cybersecurity: Threats & Mitigation and Digital Forensic Science (BS/MS Five-Year Program), or choose to minor in one of our many options.Internships & The LCDIEach course takes a detailed, hands-on approach that prepares you to succeed in digital forensic internships. For examples, our students involved in the LCDI were some of the first people in the country working on the digital forensics of Google Glass. Employers are looking for people with highly developed skillsets in the field of digital forensics.
