About

Our HND is a highly practical course with a central focus on software development. It gives you a comprehensive understanding of web applications development using PHP, database design using MySQL, computer games development, mobile programming and networking. The units of study reflect the current employment opportunities within the industry and technology innovations such as programming in Java for Android mobile. The course also aims to develop essential and transferrable employment skills such as communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and the dynamics of working with others in teams. A nationally recognised level 5 computing qualification, the HND is ideal for those who have started, or are planning to move into, a career in the computing industry or who wish to progress onto the final year of a degree programme.e.
