The BTEC HND in Construction and the Built Environment course is intended as a vocational qualification within the construction industry. It is also ideal for those who are already working in, or training for a technician role in the construction industry and are looking to enhance their qualifications to progress in their career. The aim of this course is to develop students with a technical understanding of the Construction and the Built environment industry including the application of proven techniques and theories for the solution of real life problems.

Entry Requirements
UCAS Tariff
GCSE/National 4/National 5 - Applicants will also need four GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including Maths, English Language and a Science subject.
A level
At least two A-levels (grade A-E).
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)
Applicants would normally be expected to have a Level 3 qualification in a related subject.
