    Overview What You'll StudyThe Economics major at the Flagler College pairs coursework in macro and microeconomics with a foundation in calculus and statistics. You'll also study a variety of electives in applied and theoretical economics. The economics program is flexible based on your areas of interest and future goals.Practical ExperienceIn Econometrics, you'll produce an original regression project with published data, gaining skills in business and policy research. In Senior Seminar, you'll prepare a research article and defend your work in front of the Economics faculty. In the Money and Banking course, you'll learn about the role of the central bank in conducting monetary policy. You'll also tour the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Jacksonville Branch.
