Overview CBU’s business faculty have years of experience, and aside from teaching students all about money, they help students improve their interpersonal communication skills and strengthen their value systems. Those skillsets are useful in any industry, all over the world. Students leave CBU able to develop ethical solutions for the financial challenges facing our society.Why study Finance at California Baptist University?The finance program prepares students for the vast array of finance careers, whether in corporate finance, nonprofit finance, wealth management, personal financial planning, commercial banking, or working with supervisory agencies. Each spring we endeavor to take students to some type of investing conference. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the CBU Investment Group, a student-managed investment fund, where students are challenged to create a portfolio that produces returns and matches CBU core values.
