    Overview As a Siena finance major, you'll get opportunities you won't find elsewhere: a student-managed fund where you decided to invest real money, access to the same finance tools used on Wall Street, service-learning projects that allow you to apply your knowledge and help a local nonprofit and specialized courses like business forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, debt securities and portfolio management. You'll be well-prepared for careers in corporate finance, banking and financial institutions management, insurance, real estate, securities industry (as a broker or analyst), hedge fund/portfolio management, investment banking or financial planning.Careers for Finance majorsRecent graduates of the Finance program of Siena College have impressive placements in careers like finance analyst, budget manager, payroll analyst, finance manager, operation executive, relationship manager, tax information analyst and project consultant.     Majors of the Finance program of Siena College will recieve a robust liberal arts curriculum with highly specialized finance electives. It provides you with hands-on experience using the tools and technology of the financial industry via our state-of-the-art Hickey Financial Technology Center. One-hundred percent of our students are Bloomberg certified and 72 percent participate in internships.
