Overview Massachusetts College of Art and Design Glass students research the topics and artists relevant to their own personal development, to gain a stronger sense of their artistic direction as an individual. Faculty and visiting artists offer their skills and knowledge to support students’ growth, in addition to seminars, slide lectures, studio visits, and exhibitions. In recognition of the centuries-old glassmaking tradition, students at MassArt gain a deeper understanding of historical glass techniques and how they inform current practices.
