Overview UTSA’s Global Affairs ProgramThe Global Affairs program of The University of Texas at San Antonio will allow you to develop analytical skills to understand different regions of the world and the interactions that take place between people, states, international organizations and private entities. Your classes will give you the opportunity to learn about transnational crime, terrorism, trafficking, pandemics, global development, human rights and environmental issues such as global warming.
