What does culture mean to you? In todays increasingly diverse and interconnected world, its vital to understand how global cultures are defined, and how they differ, interrelate and coexist. Its never been more important to question our own perception of culture and how we can facilitate positive change in both our lives and workplaces. Our online Global Cultures Masters, Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate have been designed in response to the increasing need for understanding global cultures, both professionally and personally. Current workforce reports have pointed to a soft skills gap in today's workforce. They suggest that the relevant skills of the future will require a human element and, therefore, cannot be learnt by machines. These skills include critical thinking, empathy, creativity and leadership, which you can develop during this course.

Through understanding aspects of global cultures, you'll develop highly transferable skills, which will benefit any career option within any sector. It's particularly beneficial if:

    • You wish to go onto further research in global cultures.

    • You're in a leadership or HR position and want to understand the needs of your colleagues.

    • You work or want to work for a global business or organisation.
