About

A multitude of political, social and cultural forces drive economic decisions in our globalized world. To understand these forces, students need to learn about the many challenges faced by todayâ€™s firms and economies. These include resource scarcity, climate change, economic growth, financial crises, or inequalities. The program Global Economics and Management views the classical studies of business administration and economics within a global context and combines them with knowledge from political science, sociology and management. Students gain a transdisciplinary understanding of global economic challenges with an emphasis on sustainable development and responsible leadership.

Requirements

Entry Requirements

All students who obtain a high school diploma or local equivalent prior to the start of the program and who possess English language skills equivalent to the B1 level of the European Framework may apply for the International Foundation Year. Please note that we cannot accept O-Levels or AS-Levels as an entrance qualification. The application process is selective and seeks out motivated students who show both the intellectual and social potential to thrive in a diverse international study environment.

Fee Information

All International Foundation Year students live and learn on our spacious and vibrant campus. The total cost of the program is € 29,000. This amount includes all costs associated with the program, including tuition fees, room and board, a semester ticket for local transportation, exam fees, and the following benefits:
