    The Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership from Charles Sturt University equips you with the knowledge and skills to lead and manage high-performing, dynamic organisations.

    This course has been designed and is delivered by both Charles Sturt University and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), a global leader in coaching education. You’ll study the leadership subjects with Charles Sturt and the coaching subjects with IECL.

    • Industry certification

      The IECL component of this course provides Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) certification. You'll also be eligible to apply for International Coach Federation (ICF) credentials.

    • IECL coaching subjects – the benefits of membership

      Membership of IECL is $299 per year, and membership allows you to take advantage of reduced rates on the IECL subjects in this course. The member rate is $3,750 + GST ($4,125 incl. GST) while the non-member rate is 4,600 + GST ($5,060) per subject in the graduate certificate.

      Comprising two Charles Sturt University subjects and two IECL subjects, this course equips you with foundational capabilities in organisational coaching and leadership theory, practice and methods.

    • Convenient online study

      The IECL component of your graduate certificate is delivered online and includes short induction workshops at one of IECL's training centres: locations in Australia, New Zealand and Asia are available. The Charles Sturt University component of your course is fully online, giving you the flexibility to fit study around your work, family and lifestyle commitments.

    Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership

    For entry to the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership, applicants are required to have completed the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership

    Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership

    Applicants are required to have relevant professional attainment/work experience PLUS an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent) and/or enrolment in/completion of relevant IECL subjects. Applicants may also be considered on the basis of relevant professional attainment and/or work experience alone.

    1. providing evidence of having completed a sufficient standard of study in English
    2. have obtained an Academic IELTS within the last 2 years with:
      1. a minimum overall score of 6
      2. no individual score below 5.5
    3. obtaining a qualification deemed to be equivalent to Academic IELTS (and its minimum scores) by Charles Sturt.
