    About

The property sector is Australia’s largest industry and second largest employer. From the major capital cities to fast-growing regional centres, real estate development is a key economic driver offering a variety of rewarding career pathways.

Bond University’s Graduate Certificate of Valuation and Property Development provides you with the foundational knowledge to open the door to careers in property valuation, urban development, and project management, and provides an introduction to the lifecycle of property development, financing, and management.

The curriculum includes a range of advanced management topics including property finance and investment, feasibility analysis, asset management and a range of property valuation subjects to develop professional knowledge and skills. You’ll examine the complex dynamics of the property market and the latest technologies used by the industry’s leading operators, all underpinned by principles of economic, social, and environmentally sustainable development.

Our teaching combines a deep understanding of theoretical knowledge with its practical application, often presented by guest speakers who provide that vital link to the real-world job site.

The Graduate Certificate articulates into Bond’s Graduate Diploma and Master of Valuation and Property Development, allowing you to build your postgraduate qualifications over time, with minimum disruption to work and family commitments.
