HND Graphic Design

This course is designed for those focused on developing their professional skills & portfolio to an industry ready standard. The HND in Graphic Design is an internationally-recognised qualification, with a focus on the practical skills required to launch your Graphic Design career. You will study a range of project based modules, that develop skills in typography, digital output, info graphics, packaging, motion graphics and editorial design. Students will be further prepared by core skills development in visual communication, responding to professional briefs & contextual studies. In Year 1 you will study a range of units from the following. Core units include:

UCAS Tariff - 48 points
You will need 48 UCAS points from an appropriate Level 3 qualification, such as a BTEC Level 3 qualification, an A-Level profile that demonstrates strong performance in a relevant subject, or other related Level 3 qualifications. This profile is likely to be supported by GCSE grades at A* - D/9-3 in maths and English language (or equivalent).
