Our International Business and Commercial Law LLM reflects international business in its diversity, innovation, and contemporary relevance. We examine how an increasingly globalised economy requires business and commercial law to meet a variety of challenges.
You will have the opportunity to study a range of specialist areas including international commercial arbitration; corporate finance law; global competition law and international business; and corporate insolvency law.
Research-led teaching
The School of Law is home to the University of Nottingham Commercial Law Centre (UNCLC), which is committed to the promotion of research excellence in the field of commercial law as well as the impact of research on commercial law reform and development, nationally and internationally.
The UNCLC offers a variety of placements, internships and research assistant roles to support the activities of the Centre. You can enrich your learning experience through the Commercial Law Centre seminar series, which is given by distinguished visitors from around the world, and gives you the opportunity to network with legal professionals.
