    About

The IMPRS-QD students are trained and pursue research in all aspects of quantum dynamics. The general focus lies on the common underlying quantum principles across the various fields, forming the basis for mutual understanding and cross fertilisation between the participating research groups. A corresponding curriculum of introductory and advanced lectures and seminars is offered.

    Requirements

    Entry Requirements

Applicants should, as a rule, hold a Master of Science or an equivalent degree in physics. Additional programmes are offered for exceptional candidates who have completed a four-year Bachelor's degree in physics. Grades obtained for previous degrees must correspond to a B+ or better. In addition, a Master's thesis is expected. Applicants who have not written a Master's thesis may still be accepted if they can prove their ability to carry out independent research projects.
