The International Summer School is suitable for students and others who seek to improve their German skills and immerse themselves in German culture for four weeks.
German courses are offered from level A2 to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Participants will extend their vocabulary and deepen their knowledge of German grammar. There will be pronunciation training at the language laboratory as well as exercises in listening and reading. Participants will especially train their oral and written communication skills.
Students will work on projects related to the German way of life and culture both in and outside of the classroom, e.g. an excursion to Hamburg City Hall.
Students will get to know this fascinating cosmopolitan city and its cultural offerings. Excursions will offer a colourful impression of daily life in Hamburg.
At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate.
