    About

    This programme's curriculum is divided into four module groups, which include two to six individual modules: Module group M-ITEM-1: International Tourism and Event Management Module group M-ITEM-2: International Business Management Module group M-ITEM-3: Advanced Management Module group M-ITEM-4: Master's Assessment The individual module groups summarise the modules, which represent the specific competences that need to be acquired. Module group 1 focuses on the transfer of competence and knowledge in the areas of international tourism and event management, emphasising current issues such as crisis and security management, management of big data, or experience marketing. Module group 2 focuses on the transfer of competence and knowledge in the areas of international business management, such as international marketing and sales, finance management, human resource management, or leadership. Module group 3 focuses on the transfer of competence and knowledge in the areas of cross-cultural communication, sustainability management, innovation management, and quantitative and qualitative research methods. It also includes a practical experience abroad. Module group 4 focuses on the Master's Assessment, which consists of a research colloquium and the Master's thesis.

    University entrance qualification Bachelor's degree with 180 ECTS credits and a grade of 2.5 or better 60 ECTS credits in business, tourism, event, and/or media and communication science modules (otherwise applicants must pass an internal assessment test) English level B2
