Leadership and Management (Top Up) Degree

The BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management is a one-year Top-Up Degree programme which has been designed to give you a theoretical and practical experience of leadership and management in a variety of industry contexts. The modules on this course will provide you with the skills and experiences necessary for a successful Management career within industry. This programme will allow you to enhance your current knowledge and skills in order to develop as an informed management specialist. Converting your existing HND or Foundation Degree into a full BA (Hons), this course seeks to enhance your abilities and broaden your understanding of industry processes.
