Overview To address the crisis in leadership, CBU developed the leadership studies program, meant to equip students to lead formally and informally in workplaces, churches and in the home and community. Students learn how to build teams, de-escalate conflict, implement change, develop social and political capital, make good and ethical decisions and communicate effectively for maximum impact.Why study Leadership Studies at California Baptist University?Leadership studies will prepare students with the knowledge they need to be competent in their field of study and will be able to make wise decisions with a biblical mindset.No matter which career path students take, it is essential to learn the basics of leadership, but so often people do not believe it is necessary to develop these soft skills.
