I want to understand management as something that is not merely a way of maximising returns and simply having a profit mentality; I focus on sustainability and commitment. I am also sure this type of personality is not only important for me; it is an essential condition for professional success as well. Management is more than using tools and looking at numbers and figures. It is a matter of creative thinking and the realisation of visions.
