Management (For Non-Management Students)

No matter where your career takes you, a Minor in Management from Desautels at McGill University will prepare you to make smarter decisions in business. Management courses will help you develop a variety of managerial skills that will serve you throughout your chosen career.

This minor is designed to provide non-management students with the opportunity to obtain basic knowledge in various aspects of management. Start with courses in either finance or accounting before delving into areas of your choice. From organizational behaviour and marketing to business statistics and operations management, management courses will help you explore the issues and challenges facing organizations today.

The Desautels Faculty of Management offers Minors to students in Kinesiology, as well as students in the following Faculties: Arts, Engineering, Science, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and Music.

Accepted international credentials

Applicants are reviewed on their high school transcript with particular emphasis on yearly averages and results in prerequisite subjects (prerequisite subjects must have been completed during the last two years of high school).
