      • grade of the bachelor's degree,
      • GMAT/ GRE (at least 600 points, online tests are accepted),
      • relevant work experience, vocational trainings and qualifications, or internships,
      • studying abroad/semester abroad or additional qualifications in the areas of data analytics or sustainability.

      • TOEFLMin 99

      English Program Requirements

      Language requirements

For both tracks (german-english and English), very good English language skills are required (level C1 or better). Applicants have to provide proof of sufficient English proficiency (please see our selection statute for details).  If you opt for the German-English track you have to submit proof of German language proficiency equivalent to level C1. You are exempt of this requirement if you have a German higher education entrance qualification or are a German citizen, for example.

      Career

Your future career opportunities depend on which area of business administration you specialize in and whether you acquire additional qualifications in an elective course. This results in a broad spectrum of qualification profiles.

It is especially because of their opportunity to develop a clear focus that our graduates are in high demand in many areas of the economy, such as consulting, financial analysis, HR marketing, and sales. This is attested by a ranking published by the German Wirtschaftswoche magazine. Your individual future career opportunities always depend on which area of business administration you specialize in and whether you acquire additional qualifications in an elective course.

Many graduates also venture into self-employment: Amorelie, Stocard and CoffeeCircle, for example, prove the success of Mannheim founders.

If you complete the MMM program and subsequently obtain a doctoral degree, a career in academia will be another option.
