Overview Designed With You in MindThe Manufacturing and Industrial Management program of Tarleton State University differs from others because we accept many types of workforce credits, technical training, and work experience. These occupationally-specific credits are earned by community college students who are working toward, or have completed, an Associate in Applied Sciences (AAS) degree. Certain credits earned in technical institutions or in the military can also be transferred.
