Our students have a range of prior work experience, so our course will help you achieve the level best suited to you, preparing you for entry-level management or more senior managerial roles.
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Critically reflect upon theoretical and practical knowledge of people and organisations as they operate within a regulated environment nationally, regionally and internationally;
- Exemplify cognitive, technical and creative skills to recognise, define, analyse, and solve organisational and business problems and inform management decision making in local and global contexts;

If you are an Australian domestic student, you will benefit from an internship integrated with your existing employer so that you can progress both at work and in your study.
Our Business Consulting unit will give you the skills and knowledge to pursue a career in consulting, or to act as an internal consultant within an organisation.
You will design, research and manage a business consulting project, and deliver solutions and practical recommendations to satisfy a real-world client.
You will benefit from authentic engagement with clients, and targeted feedback from experienced industry practitioners.
The course is highly practical, emphasising applying new knowledge gained to workplace settings, making MBA (Global) graduates work-ready.
The combined experiences in the MBA (Global) prepare you for the real world of work by developing your ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ skills.
You will become adept at interpersonal skills, including:

We also emphasise tech-readiness so that you can apply your business skills in today's digital environment.
If you have an Australian bachelor degree in business (or similar discipline), you may be eligible for an exemption of 48 credit points of study.
If you receive 48 credit points for previous study, you may be able to qualify with an MBA (Global) in 1.5 years, enabling you to launch your global business career sooner.
