    About the course Learn to apply psychological theories and principles to workplace settings, to improve performance and make workplaces better, safer, healthier and happier. This course is open to applicants with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with particular relevance for those who are already in the workplace and who are looking to take the next step in their career. This course is not a pathway to professional registration as a psychologist – explore our psychology degrees to find a registered pathway. The course offers training in the following areas: work design to enhance employee engagement; health, safety, and human factors at work; employee training and skill development; organisational change and development; psychology of leadership; diversity and inclusion in the workplace; people analytics; management and organisations; and ethics and sustainability management. The course also provides an opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills, under supervision, in organisational consultancy group project.

    Admission Requirements To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have— the equivalent of a 3 year Bachelors degree, with the equivalent of a UWA Weighted Average Mark of at least 60% Admission Requirements
