    Recognised 4 year Bachelor degree equivalent to an Australian Bachelor degree

    4 year Bachelor degree - 4 point grading scale

    Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field
    (Note - This program is not available to graduates of Bond's Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, students may consider the Master of Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery as an alternative.)

    English language proficiency requirements

    Bond's programs are taught and assessed in English, so depending on your educational background and citizenship, you may be required to provide evidence that your English language ability meets our requirements.     Outcomes

    Construction manager

    Manage and plan construction projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner consistent with an overarching strategy. Responsibilities include coordination of workers and subcontractors, commissioning, and installation of infrastructure, managing budgets, and tracking tools, materials, equipment, and inventory.

    Quantity surveyor

    You will take an active role in the tendering of contracts through the analysis of proposals, plans, specifications, and other data in preparing time, cost, and labour first principles estimates for construction projects. You will be required to maximize project margin and add value to the construction process through proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting.

    Project manager

    A Project Manager leads project planning and manages the team responsible for the project’s delivery. Project Managers coordinate all the many moving parts that make a project successful, from ideation through to completion. Project manager roles in Australia are typically advertised between $120k and $200k according to Seek (November 2021).
