Master of Project Innovation/Master of Project Management

    About

Today, project management skills are in high demand in almost every commercial sector. Professionals with project management skills enjoy career success at all levels in fields such as construction, finance, health care and related industries, information technology, government, and property development.

Innovation in project management requires a new approach that is not constrained by conventional ideologies and the fear of failure. The parallel processes of innovation management and project management need to interact, new ways of working need to be applied where time is of the essence, and the benefits of design thinking within a diverse team environment must be realised. Project Innovation is considered the next big thing for the project management discipline.

The Master of Project Innovation and Master of Project Management combined program enables you to explore emergent ideas and future directions applicable to global project management practice, while also covering traditional skills and competencies. It will also enhance your capabilities to meet future challenges in professional practice.

Students undertake an international study tour* where they are able to see examples of project innovation and experience other project management practices and cultures, as well as access up to one year of on-campus work experience as part of The Transformer initiative.
