The Master’s programme in Economics conveys in-depth knowledge about the relationships among economics, politics, and society. The degree programme is characterised by linking cutting edge theoretical and empirical research as well as by the many different possibilities for specialisation.
Eleven economics professorships, a comfortable group size, and optimal student-to-instructor ratios enable a solid education that prepares you for a research-related profession. Bachelor's degree
in business administration and economics with a standard period of study of at least three years, or
in a three-year university programme in the field of management and economics in Germany, or
in a university programme at an international university with a Bachelor's degree of at least three years in management and/or economics, or
in a programme related to management and economics with at least 30 ECTS credits in economics and econometrics as well as at least 10 ECTS credits in mathematics and/or statistics
