    Overview

    Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management is the process of managing a product from creation to transportation. It involves processing orders, storing, moving and delivering goods, but also predicting the future needs of your customers.

    On this detail-driven MSc Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management with a Year in Industry course, our in-house academic experts teach you the vital theory, modes and systems to succeed in this area. You’ll graduate with the ability to plan, predict and perform in an ever-important field.

    Taking a year in industry allows you to gain work experience in the UK or overseas as part of your Master's. While the placements are self-sought, the School offers support through extra-curricular engagement with our dedicated placements team. Opting for this course with a placement takes the length of your course to up to two years.

      What you'll learn

      You’ll learn vital topics of Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management, such as planning, modelling and analytics, operations management and digital transformation alongside the imperative topics of sustainable procurement, warehouse and global transportation management. At the end of Stage One, you start your year in industry.

      Accreditations

      We are updating all of our modules on this course to ensure we provide you with the tools you need to make a real impact after you graduate. We are currently working with CILT and CIPS to make sure these modules meet industry standards and retain this course's accreditations.

      Requirements

      Entry Requirements

      A minimum of a second-class UK degree, or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification, in a range of academic subjects will be accepted. Quantitative experience desirable.

      All applicants are considered on an individual basis and additional qualifications, professional qualifications and relevant experience may also be taken into account when considering applications.

      International students

Due to visa restrictions, students who require a student visa to study cannot study part-time unless undertaking a distance or blended-learning programme with no on-campus provision.

      English language entry requirements

      This course requires a Good level of English language, equivalent to B2 on CEFR.

      PTE Academic 63 with a minimum of 59 in each sub-test
