    General Entry Requirements

    For admission to the M.Sc. in Management (Business) candidates must hold:

    • A 2.1 Honours degree in a non-Business discipline, or equivalent international qualification.

    • Applicants who have achieved a 2.2 Honours degree in a non-Business discipline may still obtain a place. This will depend on availability of places and on obtaining high grades in relevant modules on their undergraduate programme.

    • International candidates who are non-native speakers of English must satisfy the University of their competency in the English language.

    Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) applicants are required to submit a cover letter along with their application under the Transcripts section of the portal, affirming their intent to apply for RPL. For more information on RPL see here.

    Additional Notes:

    1. English language certificate must be awarded within two years prior to the start date of your DCU programme.

    2. Students with a composite IELTS 6.5 score or equivalent need a score of at least IELTS 6.5 in writing and speaking.

    4. All scores on your English language proficiency test must be achieved in one sitting.
