Online Graduate Certificate in User Experience Design

The adoption and success of today’s digital products and services is heavily dependent on users’ perception of ease and quality interactions with that product or service.

User experience (UX) design is a mindset and development process that deep-dives into users’ needs, identifies pain points, and delivers iterative improvements to create delightful human-centred solutions.

You must meet the University's minimum English language requirements to be eligible for a place in this program.

If you are an international student, refer to the English requirements and equivalency information. The program requires a minimum overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 in IELTS (Academic).

Dependent upon your existing role, you may graduate to become:

• Junior-to-mid UX designer
• Experience designer
• Design consultant
