    The Bachelor degree course Production Engineering is a combination of the classical subjects of Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering. Students on this programme learn an holistic approach. They do not focus solely on the products, rather the entire process surrounding their manufacture. They are concerned with the development and design of production systems and the effective deployment of machinery and plant, the application of new information technologies, as well as the people involved in the work process and environmental protection.
