Quantity Surveying, HND (QA Only) (London South East Colleges)

This quantity surveying course will prepare you for advanced employment in the construction industry, providing a solid understanding of design, construction technology, construction contracts, and the statutory requirements for all types of buildings.

The course is taught through lectures, tutorials, workshops and external visits, with learning covering core and optional topics, including quantity surveying, architecture, building surveying, building control and construction management. Based on your knowledge and skills at HNC level, the HND forms the next part of the course. At both levels, you'll gain technical, research, organisational and planning skills.

Academic entry requirements

Applicants who have completed the national schooling system typically require foundation, please refer to UGIC.

For some courses, you will need to have studied relevant subjects at school/college to be eligible. Our admissions team will determine this once you apply.
