    In an increasingly uncertain and fast-changing world, questions around human need, welfare, inequality and distribution of resources are critical to social justice. These debates are at the heart of social policy and affect all our lives. We look at a wide range of policy issues, for example:

    In studying this degree, you will explore significant challenges facing our society. To understand how to address these, you will critically engage with historical perspectives and different conceptual approaches. You will also develop an understanding of the complexities of policy making and governance at regional, national and international levels.
