About Social Work
Join leading scholars and practitioners in critical social work who are committed to social justice, human rights and equity. You will learn to work with people from diverse and marginalized communities and engage in practice, policy and research that have real impact on the community. Our dedicated instructors utilize anti-oppressive and decolonial curriculum dedicated to social transformation and justice.
We offer two streams of entry into the program. The Bachelor of Social Work Direct Entry option allows students who have graduated from high school to enter the first year of the program, while eligible community college students can join us at the second-year level. The Bachelor of Social Work Post-Degree Entry option admits students who have completed at least a three-year undergraduate degree (90 credits); these individuals enter the program at the third-year level.
