Foundation year degree courses are ideal if you’ve got the ability to study for a degree, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an honours programme. It’s a great stepping stone to a full degree.
If you are successful in completing your foundation year you can go on to take the BSc (Hons) Software Engineering, or a related degree. Students on our various computing courses share a common first year, so you’ll have the option to transfer to one of our other specialist courses, including Computer Networks and Security or Computer Games Development.
